中国国籍のお客様の永住許可の不許可理由に確認に同行いたしました。
昨年ご自身で永住許可申請を行ったものの、不許可になったとのことでご相談をいただきました。
最初は、不許可の決定に対して、通知書に同封されている不服申し立てを行いたいというご相談から始まりましたが、不服申し立てを行うことよりも、まずは不許可の理由を入管で聴取して再申請が可能であるかどうかについて検討する方が先決であることをお伝えし、入管へ同行し不許可の理由を確認いたしました。
本人様の故意ではないものの、今回不許可になった理由が明確になりましたので、改めて再申請を行う準備を行うこととしました。
