「特定技能」は人手不足が深刻な業種で外国人の人材を受け入れるため2019年に設けられた在留資格であり、現在、在留期間が最長5年である「特定技能1号」の対象分野は、農業や飲食料品製造業、外食業などの12分野に限られています。
"Specified Skilled Worker" is a status of residence established in 2019 to accept foreign human resources in industries with serious labor shortages.Currently, the target fields of "Specified Skilled Worker No. 1", whose period of stay is up to 5 years, are: , limited to 12 sectors such as agriculture, food and beverage manufacturing, and restaurant industry.
特定技能1号の対象分野が現在の12分野から16分野になり、2019年の制度創設以来、追加は初めてとなります。
本年度内の決定を視野に関係省庁が協議する模様です。
The target areas for Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 will be increased from the current 12 to 16, marking the first addition since the system was established in 2019.
Related ministries and agencies will hold discussions with a view to making a decision within this fiscal year.
