政府は、育成就労制度の創設に向けた入管法等の改正案を閣議決定しました。
下記のような点を含め、政府は今の国会に法案を提出して成立を目指しています。
・育成就労制度の下では、転籍が一定の要件の下で認められることになる。
・在留カードとマイナンバーカードを一体化することもできるようになる。
・永住許可の要件をより明確化して、許可後も所得税や社会保険料などを故意に支払わなかった場合などは、永住権を取り消して在留資格を変更する規定を盛り込む。
・働き先が外国人を不法に就労させる罪などに問われた場合の処罰を厳罰化する
The government's cabinet has approved a bill to revise the Immigration Control Act, etc., toward the creation of a training and employment system.
The government is aiming to submit a bill to the current Diet session for enactment, including the points listed below.
・Under the new developmental employment system, transfers will be permitted under certain conditions.
・It will also be possible to integrate the residence card and My Number card.
・Clarify the requirements for permanent residence, and include a provision that will revoke permanent residence and change residence status in cases where people intentionally fail to pay income tax, social insurance premiums, etc. even after permission has been granted.
・If a company is caught illegally employing foreigners, harsher penalties will be imposed.
