「日本人の配偶者等」の在留資格をお持ちの方が永住許可を申請する場合は、原則10年以上の継続居住という要件が一部緩和され、「実態を伴う婚姻関係が3年以上継続していること」および「日本に1年以上継続して在留していること」が必要となります。

その他の申請要件については、他の在留資格と同様に、安定した生活基盤や納税状況など、「永住許可ガイドライン」に基づいた在留状況であることが必要です。

【Request for Permanent Residence Permit Application from Spouse of Japanese National Visa　│Customer in Southern Kumamoto Prefecture】

I have received a request for a Permanent Resident Permit application from a foreign national residing in the southern region of Kumamoto Prefecture.

The client in this case holds the “Spouse or Child of Japanese National” status of residence and is applying for permanent residency based on that status.

For those with the “Spouse or Child of Japanese National” status, the usual requirement of continuous residence in Japan for 10 years is partially relaxed. Specifically, applicants must:

-Have been in a genuine marital relationship for at least three years, and

-Have resided continuously in Japan for at least one year.
