弊所が申請のサポートをさせていただいた台湾人のお客様の永住申請が、無事に許可されました。
The permanent residency application of a Taiwanese client that my office assisted with the application was successfully approved.
熊本にて就労ビザで在留しておられましたが、高度専門職ポイント計算において80点以上を有しており、日本で1年以上継続して居住されておられましたので、「高度人材外国人」としての永住申請をサポートいたしました。
Although he was residing in Kumamoto on a working visa, he had a score of 80 or more in the highly skilled professional point calculation and had lived in Japan for more than a year, so I supported his application for permanent residence as a "highly skilled foreign professional."
申請後、お客様の身分関係に変更があり、都度入管へ報告や追加書類の提出を行ってまいりましたが、入管側からの特段の問い合わせや追加資料の指示はなく、円滑に審査が進み、このたび無事に許可されたこと、大変嬉しく思っております。
After submitting the application, there were changes in the client's status, and I reported these to the immigration bureau and submitted additional documents each time. However, there were no particular inquiries from the immigration bureau or instructions for additional documents, so the review proceeded smoothly and I am very pleased that the client's application was successfully approved.
近年、永住申請は増加傾向にあり、それに伴い審査期間も長期化しております。
