在留資格「技術・人文知識・国際業務」からの永住許可申請│熊本県北のお客様

熊本県北部にお住まいで、現在「技術・人文知識・国際業務」ビザで在留しているフィリピン国籍のお客様の永住許可申請を行いました。

高度専門職に該当しない就労系のビザで在留されている場合は、原則どおり、継続して10年以上日本に在留しており、かつ、就労資格（「技術・人文知識・国際業務」等）又は居住資格（「日本人の配偶者等」等）で引き続き5年以上在留していることが求められます。

【Application for Permanent Residence from "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" Status of Residence | Customers in Northern Kumamoto Prefecture】

I have applied for permanent residence permission for a client of Filipino nationality who lives in northern Kumamoto Prefecture and is currently residing on an "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" visa.

As a general rule, clients residing on a work visa that does not qualify as a highly skilled professional must have continuously resided in Japan for more than 10 years and have also continuously resided in Japan for more than 5 years on a work visa (such as "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services") or residence visa (such as "Spouse or Child of a Japanese National").

Including the above requirements, you must engage in residence activities in accordance with the "Guidelines for Permanent Residence Permission" and meet the requirements.
