Through an introduction from one of our client companies in Kumamoto City, we received a request to support a company in Kumamoto Prefecture in applying for a Certificate of Eligibility for a work visa (Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services) in connection with the hiring of a Vietnamese employee.

For the "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" visa, the key points of review are the relevance of your university major, work experience, and qualifications to the work you plan to engage in. In addition, this visa is a residence status that requires a high level of expertise, and does not allow you to engage in general, simple work.

Furthermore, common to all work visas, it is necessary to carefully explain the necessity of the employment, the workload, the stability and continuity of the accepting company, and appropriate employment conditions.
