台湾ご出身のお客様の就労ビザからの永住許可申請を行いました。
熊本にて就労ビザで在留しておられますが、高度専門職ポイント計算において80点以上を有しており、日本で1年以上継続して居住されておられましたので、「高度人材外国人」としての永住申請をサポートいたしました。

「技術・人文知識・国際業務」の在留資格で在留しているお客様ですが、高度専門職相当に該当するということで、永住申請を行いました。
高度専門職ビザでない場合（例えば、「技術・人文知識・国際業務」、「経営・管理」、「企業内転勤」のような就労ビザ）であっても、高度専門職相当のポイントを有していると認められる場合には、ポイントに応じて、継続居住要件が緩和され、通常の在留資格に比べて、比較的短い在留期間での永住許可申請が可能となります。
この場合は、通常の永住申請に必要な書類に加えて、申請に求められる高度専門職相当のポイント保有に関する疎明書類も提出する必要がございます。

The client is residing in Japan on an "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" visa, but as he is deemed to be a highly skilled professional, I supported his application for permanent residence.
Even if you are not on a highly skilled professional visa (for example, work visas such as "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services," "Business Manager," and "Intra-company Transferee."), if you are deemed to have points equivalent to a highly skilled professional, the continuous residence requirements will be applied according to your points. This will allow you to apply for a permanent residence permit with a relatively short period of stay compared to a regular residence status.
In this case, in addition to the documents required for a normal permanent residence application, you will also need to submit supporting documents regarding the possession of points equivalent to a highly skilled professional required for the application.
