「特定技能１号」の在留資格に変更予定の方で、在留期間の満了日までに申請に必要な書類を揃えることができないなど、移行のための準備に時間を要する場合の「特定活動」への在留資格変更許可申請について、運用の変更が行われています。
今までは「特定活動4月」で、一定の条件の下で何度も更新が可能でしたが、今後は「特定活動6月」になり、更新は1回限り（相当な理由がある場合のみ）となります。
