このたび、弊所が永住申請のサポートをさせていただいたドイツご出身のお客様が、無事に永住許可を取得されました。
お客様は県内にお住まいで、日本人の配偶者として在留されており、日本に3年以上継続して居住されておりましたので、永住許可申請をサポートいたしました。

なお、現在、政府においては永住許可要件の厳格化が検討されているとされており、将来的には、最長（5年）の在留期間を有する方に限定するといった、従来の原則に戻る可能性も指摘されています。その場合、現行制度のもとで申請可能な外国人の方が、今後はより限定される方向に進むことも予想されます。

A client from Germany whom I assisted with application for permanent residence successfully obtained permanent residence.
The client resided in Kumamoto Prefecture as the spouse of a Japanese national and had been residing in Japan continuously for more than three years, so I assisted the client for the application for permanent residence.
