I am very pleased to announce that the residency status applications for the family members relocating to Kumamoto, under the category of "Spouse of a Japanese national," have been successfully approved, and their Certificate of Eligibility (COE) has been issued.

In this particular case, the fact that our client was self-employed made it difficult to demonstrate "financial stability." Unlike ordinary salaried workers, I carefully prepared a business plan and supplementary explanations regarding the business's income and expenditure situation and future prospects in a way that would be satisfactory to the Immigration Bureau, and proceeded with the application.
