2026年9月1日より、個人のお客様の初回相談を有料とさせていただきます。

いつも当事務所のブログをご覧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび、2026年9月1日（火）以降のご相談分より、個人のお客様を対象とした初回相談の料金体系を下記のとおり変更させていただくことになりましたので、ご案内申し上げます。

弊所では開業以来、より多くの方に気軽にご相談いただけるよう、初回相談を無料にてご案内してまいりました。

おかげさまで多くのお問い合わせをいただく一方で、在留資格に関してのご相談から申請サポートまでを私一人で担当しておりますため、限られた時間と体制の中で、実際に在留資格申請等を検討されているお客様への対応や、受任後の業務に十分な時間を確保することも必要となっております。

そのため、2026年9月1日より、相談体制を見直し、新規の個人のお客様については、初回相談を有料とさせていただくことといたしました。

何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

【変更内容】

〇個人のお客様（新規）→今回の変更点

ご相談料：5,500円（税込）／1時間
対面（事務所近隣または訪問先）・オンライン（Zoom等）、いずれの形式でも同一料金でご案内いたします。
遠方である場合は、出張費・交通費を別途いただく場合がございます。
ご相談後に正式にご依頼いただいた場合は、いただいた相談料を着手金の一部に充当いたします。

〇法人のお客様（外国人雇用に伴う就労ビザに関するご相談）

引き続き、初回相談無料にて対応させていただきます。

外国人の採用を検討されている企業様、現在雇用している外国人の在留資格について確認したい企業様など、お気軽にご相談ください。

〇当事務所クライアント様からのご紹介

既存の弊所のお客様からご紹介いただいた場合は、原則として無料にてご相談を承ります。ご紹介の際は、お問い合わせフォームにてその旨お伝えください。

実際に弊所へのサポートをご検討いただいている方を優先してご案内できるよう、今回、ご相談料について一部変更させていただくことといたしました。

一部ご負担をおかけすることもございますが、何卒ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

[Notice: Starting September 1, 2026, We Will Begin Charging a Fee for Initial Consultations for Individual Clients.]

Thank you as always for reading our office blog.

We would like to inform you of a change to our fee structure for initial consultations with individual clients, effective for consultations from September 1, 2026 (Tuesday) onward.

Since opening our office, we have offered free initial consultations so that as many people as possible could feel comfortable reaching out to us.

Thanks to this, we have received a large number of inquiries. However, as I, Shinichiro Inoue, personally handle everything from initial consultations to full application support for residence status matters, I need to ensure that, within my limited time and capacity, I can properly support clients who are genuinely considering applying for a status of residence, as well as devote sufficient time to clients after they have formally engaged our services.

For this reason, effective September 1, 2026, we are revising our consultation system, and initial consultations for new individual clients will become a paid service.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

[Details of the Change]

For Individual Clients (New) → What Is Changing

Consultation fee: 5,500 yen (tax included) per hour
The same fee applies whether the consultation is in person (near our office or at a location of your choosing) or online (via Zoom, etc.)
If the consultation location is far from our office, a separate travel fee/transportation expense may apply.
If you formally engage our services following the consultation, the consultation fee paid will be credited toward the retainer fee.

For Corporate Clients (Consultations Regarding Work Visas for Foreign Employees)

Initial consultations will remain free of charge. We welcome inquiries from companies considering hiring foreign nationals, as well as companies that wish to confirm the residence status of foreign employees they currently employ.

Referrals from Our Existing Clients

If you have been referred to us by one of our existing clients, we will, in principle, provide the consultation free of charge. When making your inquiry, please indicate this in the contact form.

This change has been made so that we can prioritize supporting those who are genuinely considering engaging our services for application support.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
