就労ビザ（技人国）が認定されました｜熊本・台湾企業様

先月申請しておりました、熊本県菊池地域に所在する弊所クライアントである台湾企業の日本法人様における社員様の就労ビザ（在留資格「技術・人文知識・国際業務」）が、無事に認定されました。

今回は、営業マネージャーの方の招聘ということで在留資格認定申請のお手伝いをさせていただきました。

申請後は、入管からの特段の照会や追加資料の提出指示等もなく、無事に認定が出て安心いたしました。

在留資格「技術・人文知識・国際業務」では、大学等で修得した専門知識または10年以上実務経験と就職後に従事する業務との関連性が求められます。また、これらの知識や経験を生かした専門的業務に従事することが前提とされています。

あわせて、業務の必要性や業務量についても丁寧に説明することも重要であると考えます。

また、外国人従業員を採用する際には、在留資格の要件を満たす人材であるかの検討も必要となります。

採用を内定したものの、予定した在留資格を受けることができないようなことがないように十分ご注意いただく必要があります。

The "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" status of residence requires specialized knowledge acquired at a university or more than 10 years of work experience to be relevant to the work to be performed after employment. It is also assumed that the applicant will be engaged in specialized work that utilizes this knowledge and experience.

In addition, I think it is important to carefully explain the necessity of the work and the amount of work.
