先日ご依頼をいただきました熊本県内のIT企業様における新入社員様の「技術・人文知識・国際業務」への在留資格変更許可申請申請を行いました。
無事に変更が許可されることを心より願っております。
「技術・人文知識・国際業務」への変更に際しては、内定者が大学等で修得した知識と就職後に従事する業務との関連性が重要となります。
今回は「特定活動（ワーキングホリデー）」からの変更でありましたので、国籍によっては変更ができない場合もあり、注意が必要となります。

We recently submitted an application for a change of residence status to "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" for a new employee of an IT company in Kumamoto Prefecture, as requested by the client.
We sincerely hope that the change will be approved.
When changing to "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services," the relevance between the knowledge acquired by the prospective employee at university or other educational institution and the work they will be performing after employment is crucial.
In this case, the change was from "Designated Activities (Working Holiday)," and it's important to note that changes may not be possible depending on the nationality.
Fortunately, the applicant's nationality was eligible for the change, so we were able to successfully submit the application.
