就労ビザ「技術・人文知識・国際業務」が認定｜山口県企業様へ採用予定の外国人技術者様

先月申請しました、山口県内の企業様に採用内定したベトナム国籍の新入社員様の就労ビザ（在留資格「技術・人文知識・国際業務」）が、このたび無事に認定されました。

在留資格「技術・人文知識・国際業務」では、大学等で修得した専門知識、または10年以上の実務経験と、就労後に従事する業務との関連性が求められます。

さらに、それらの知識・経験を活かした専門的業務に従事することが前提とされており、採用企業様におかれましても、適格性の確認が重要なポイントとなります。

また、企業側がどのような理由で外国人材を必要としているのか、業務内容や業務量の説明、配置の必要性などを丁寧に示すことも審査において重要です。

今回は申請後はスムーズに審査が進み、想定よりも早く、無事に在留資格認定証明書の交付に至りました。

The "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" status of residence requires specialized knowledge acquired at a university or other institution, or more than 10 years of work experience, and a relationship to the work they will be performing after employment.

Furthermore, it is assumed that the employee will be engaged in specialized work that utilizes that knowledge and experience, so confirming their eligibility is also an important point for the hiring company.

It is also important during the application process to carefully explain why the company needs foreign talent, the job content and workload, and the need for placement.

This time, the application process went smoothly, and the Certificate of Eligibility was issued sooner than expected.
