技術・人文知識・国際業務ビザの在留期間更新申請を行いました｜JASM関連サプライヤー企業様（熊本県）

「在留期間更新申請」では、最初の「在留資格認定書交付申請」とは審査のポイントが異なり、入国後の日本国内での在留活動実績が重視されます。

・認定申請時（あるいは前回更新申請時）の内容と大きな乖離がないか

また、更新申請の際には、納税状況等の確認のための申請人個人の所得証明書や納税証明書など、認定申請では求められなかった資料が必要となります。

I submitted an application for extension of the period of stay for a "Technical, Humanities, and International Services" visa for a Taiwanese employee working in the middle office, at the request of the Japanese subsidiary of a Taiwanese company located in Kikuchi District, Kumamoto Prefecture (a supplier company related to JASM).

The "Application for Extension of Period of Stay" differs from the initial "Application for Certificate of Eligibility" in that it places more emphasis on the applicant's record of activities within Japan after entering the country.

The main points are as follows:

* Is the employment contract still valid?

* Does the actual work content conform to the scope of the residence status (Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services)?

* Is the applicant working and living appropriately in Japan, including salary levels, tax payment status, and social insurance coverage?

* Is there a significant discrepancy between the information provided at the time of the application for certification (or the previous renewal application)?

Furthermore, when applying for renewal, you will need documents that were not required for the initial certification application, such as the applicant's personal income certificate and tax payment certificate to verify their tax payment status.
